Every piece is handmade and packed with care. We ship worldwide. Below you can read how we deliver and how returns work.

Shipping costs

Netherlands: €4.95 · free from €100.
Belgium: €6.95 · free from €100.
Rest of the EU: €12.95.
Outside the EU (worldwide): €19.95 (any import duties are payable by the recipient).

Delivery time

Ordered on a working day before 4 pm? Then we ship your order the next working day (at the latest within 2 working days). Within the Netherlands and Belgium your parcel is then usually delivered the next working day. Pre-order pieces are made for you first; the expected delivery time is shown on the product page. You'll receive an email with track & trace as soon as your order is on its way.

Pickup in The Hague

Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at our showroom in The Hague at checkout (by appointment, free of charge). We'll let you know as soon as your order is ready.

Breakage guarantee

Ceramics are fragile, so we pack them extra carefully in recycled material. Should anything arrive broken, please report it within 7 days with a photo via info@lunaazul.nl. You'll receive a replacement free of charge or your money back.

Cooling-off period & returns

You have a 30-day cooling-off period from receipt – longer than the statutory 14 days – to return your purchase without giving a reason. Request your return via your account (with the order) or by email, and send the product back unused and undamaged, preferably in its original packaging.

Refunds

After receiving and checking the return, we refund the purchase price within 14 days via the same payment method. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product was defective or the wrong item was delivered; in that case we also reimburse the shipping costs.
